ABOUT 

Hi there - I'm Rhiannon and I created For The LOVE of ART because (unsurprisingly!) I love art and I want to pass on my love to as many people as possible.

I have always loved being creative and fell in love with Art when I did my A Levels. I am from Highcliffe, but moved away to Bath for University then London for work; I always had the intention of coming back home to settle and dreamt of starting my own art teaching business.

I am a former Head of Art and Secondary School Art Teacher, with a PGCE (teaching degree) in Art and Design Education; these experiences made me realise how much I enjoy sharing my skills, inspiring others and giving people the confidence to create- this is why I started For The LOVE of ART.

Instead of teaching you to draw and paint how I do, I teach skills, theory and technique so that you can apply this knowledge to develop your own style. For The LOVE Of ART is not a franchise; all the classes, workshops and courses are designed and taught by me from the basics, so they are accessible to any level. It also means that I can personalise your learning and encourage you to express yourself as you wish!

Class sizes are small to ensure good 1-1 tuition during the class.

I am DBS checked, a member of the SAA and a member of the National Society for Education in Art & Design (NSEAD).
