MORE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CLASSES AND A SELECTION OF RECENT WORK CREATED BY OUR STUDENTS

Adult beginner and improver classes

Adult classes are specifically aimed at beginners and improvers and we teach watercolour, drawing and acrylic*.

Our classes are skills based and each student works independently at their own pace. Almost all materials are provided - please check class info when you book.

Classes are an hour but you can book back to back for a double if you wish to stay longer.

Classes are £13 and you can book as and when you are free, there are no prescriptive course dates and you do not need to stick to the same class and time each week.

*acrylic classes are currently on a break - please get in touch if you would like to go on a waiting list.

Children's art classes (age 8-11)

Children's art classes run as 5 or 6 week courses, and they run alongside the half terms at school.

Our children's classes are skills based, with reference to artists, art history and art movements, but we also encourage experimentation and personalisation of activities, to engender a sense of freedom and encourage creative thinking. Over several courses, we ensure children are exposed to a wide range of media and each half term will be a new project.

All materials are provided and these courses are between £65 and £81, and must be attended as a full course, rather than as one off classes.

Teen art classes (age 12-15)

Teen art classes run as 5 or 6 week courses, and they run alongside the half terms at school.

Much like our children's classes, teen classes are skills based, with reference to artists, art history and art movements, but we also encourage experimentation and personalisation of activities, to engender a sense of freedom and encourage creative thinking. We try to stretch and challenge the teens to master different media and techniques. Over several courses, we ensure that the teens are exposed to a wide range of media and each half term will be a new project.

All materials are provided and these courses are between £65 and £81, and must be attended as a full course, rather than as one off classes.
