ABOUT FOR THE
LOVE OF ART
For The LOVE Of ART was created to provide unique, personalised and enjoyable art tuition for adults and children. We believe that with practice and the right knowledge, anyone can be an artist - and have fun whilst doing it!
For The LOVE Of ART offers weekly adult and children's art classes, one-off workshops, 1-1 tuition, art parties and much more!
We cover a huge range of media including water colour paint, acrylic paint, tonal pencil, colour pencils, inks, pen, printmaking, chalk, oil pastel and sculpture.
Whether you are a child or adult, an anxious beginner or an expert, someone looking to learn a new skill or simply a way to relax, socialise or be mindful, we would love to hear from you.

1-1 ONLINE TUITION - ADULTS
I personalise the learning to your needs and wishes, by teaching you what you would like to learn, letting you guide the content of the sessions.
Picasso said, 'Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once you grow up.'
As an experienced teacher, I am available for workshops. I can come to you to deliver a session on any topic of your choice and tailor it specifically to the individuals - if you are looking for a unique party, a workshop for colleagues or for a community interest group, then please get in touch to find out more.
*Workshops will run online until it is safe to do so in person.
1-1 ONLINE TUITION - CHILDREN
As a former Head of Art, I have experience teaching Secondary School Students and Overseeing both GCSE and Art A-Levels. I can work closely with your child to improve skills, develop ideas for project work (coursework modules) and find artists/movements to influence your work.
